Brawl Clan Wars

Ok as soon as we get enough members and the clan rankings up we will start doing clan wars.

And as for permissions:

If u are Elite,u may schedule a war upon your own consent but still must post in forumz and ask clan mems when they can make it.

If u are in advanced, u may schedule a war (after we get our rankings) by asking one of the admins and posting in forumz to see when everyone can make it.

If u are in Intermediate, same rules follow for advanced.

If u are novice, then u may not host Clan Wars unless asked to fill in for a challenger from this clan, novice may only host tourneys.
