Got a idea

We should split the clan up into teams based on the captains pick of the team and then with the teams you can play other teams to see which one is best. And when a new member joins you will want to try to recruit him to join your team. To play another team say you have 3 and they have 3 you will each play some1 from the other team whichever team wins more gets a point. I will be making the chart to keep track of points and I will post it here. You get a point for every win within a war and you get 3 points for winning a war. so say team a played team b and team b won 2-1 tteam b receives a total of 5 points while a gets 1. You must come up with a name for your team and also can make a banner (plus for whoever gets me since they will get the best banner ha) So there will be 4 teams you can trade members but not captains so you could trade dark for sloth or something like that with another team. If this doesnt make sense just let me kno and ill make it clearer. Hopefully you like this idea Killer.
Captains are: Killa, SSMAC(me since i made this), (and 2 other ppl of killas choice)

oh and the leader of the other 2 will be hatake (if he wants to) and crossknight (if he wants to)
backup for those 2 will be sloth and Dark

oh and also when we have our teams and when we start playing for group ranks then the group with the highest amount of points are the ones to be in clan wars so if u are a group falling behind another then the group will have to defeat that group and exceed its points score if they ever want to be in Clan Wars which will also push certain ppl to get better and improve their skills and team work skills
